Remove duplicate constants for string indicies.
...
It looks like STR_INDEX_OUT_CHAN STR_INDEX_IN_CHAN weren't calculated
correctly, and we already have existing constants for the index of
the input / output strings.

DSD/PCM mode now rememebered and only changed when required. Re-oreded when Stream Start/Stop is called for better use with Mute signals. Writes to shared mute sample
