Michael Banther 2aaa12e60b Remove the default definition of MIC_ARRAY_MAX_FRAME_SIZE_LOG2. It has been moved to mic_array_frame.h. Establish a value for MIC_ARRAY_FRAME_SIZE and MIC_DUAL_FRAME_SIZE if they have not already been defined. Give them the value of XUA_MIC_FRAME_SIZE in this case.
